Ray McGavran

 

Ray McGavran, Ottawa County Commissioner, holds the Third Commission District.  This district consists of 7 Townships and 3 Cities.  They are as follows:  Stanton, Fountain, Henry, Center, Concord, Morton, and Culver Townships, and the First Precinct of Minneapolis City, Culver City, and Tescott City.  Commissioner McGavran has been county commissioner for the terms of January 1997-January 2001, January 2001-January 2005, January 2005-January 2009, January 2009-current.  Commissioner McGavran and his wife Margaret live in the City of Minneapolis.
